Nevertheless, we'll jump right back into the fray!
Walked 2 miles on the Heartland Trail. Fran Gack was rollerskating and we visited for a bit about fiddles, tinwhistles and Celtic music.
Bought lots of healthy food at the grocery store to restock shelves at home and hopefully Bob and I will gain some self-control and thereby lose some excess weightage.
Since I will be working at the deli full-time for the summer, I'll probably walk on my days off.
