Tuesday-2 mile walk after work. Took lots of pictures of nature.
Wednesday-1 mile walk because I'm going to work later. I also did:
Ecises
crunches (50)
airplanes (20)
I'm planning to walk 2 miles on the days I get off early; 1 mile on days when I work the evening shift and save the 3 miler for days off, maybe once a week.
