2 miles...

Today I walked 2 miles. I tried  a little jogging but my knees felt sore and swollen. I will stick to walking as long as I need to until my knees feel better.
Also did my Pain Free stretches and 50 crunches.

A few signs of summer that I gathered as I walked...

 
The dried fall leaf on the left  is for size comparison with the three sprigs of oak leaves to the right of it.
