I think it's easier to keep track on my wall calendar. So hard to remember to get on here to post!
Anyway, Monday and today I walked 2 miles. The first mile just brisk walking, the second mile I added some jogging intervals. Very slow jogging.
Monday it took me 35 minutes. Today 38 minutes. My knees are groaning a bit (sore) when I begin jogging. I think it's the extra 35 pounds or so I'm carrying, so I'll try to take it a bit easy.
